WELLNESS EDUCATION
Offers Gateway to Wellness, a five-week, professionally led course to help individuals with Multiple Sclerosis learn ways to maximize their health and cope with the challenges of their illness. Each session includes exercise and teaches exercises for flexibility and endurance. Participants learn how to identify early signs of fatigue, adapt living routines for self-care, problem-solve concerns, and set individual goals.
